As Controller, Bonnie Walker manages all day-to-day accounting functions for Coast Income Properties, Inc., including the financial activities related to property management, and maintains the financial records of the Company and its affiliates. She also assists in analyzing the profitability of potential development deals and in the preparation of project proformas. Ms. Walker works with impending and existing lenders to gather, prepare, and maintain required financial information. In addition to her other responsibilities, Ms. Walker coordinates all insurance, payroll and benefit issues.
Ms. Walker is a certified public accountant. Before joining Coast in 2002, she gained experience in accounting, tax preparation and auditing while supervising the Business Services Department at a prominent San Diego accounting firm. Ms. Walker graduated in 1996 from San Diego State University with a degree in accounting. |
